I am the proud daughter of a WAAF Royal Airforce Officer, whose photo appears here. I love to write stories about everyday women who do extraordinary things. Not just the purple unicorns, but entire generations of women who have done what needed to be done, with little to no recognition.

Wings Unseen is my first novel, telling the story of the 250,000 women who made up 1/4 of the Royal Air Force ground crew, fighting during WW2. It is inspiried by true events and the military service of my mother during WW2.

It is my hope that this story will send you running to unbury the stories of the incredible women in your heritage.
